‘Early Bird’ Reservations Are Now Available for 4 and 5 Bedroom Homes

Evans Homes has announced that ‘Early Bird’ prices are now available for its highly anticipated detached family housing as it starts the first build phase at Regency Place, Tockwith.

The Leeds based housebuilder, and a Division of The Evans Property Group, will be taking ‘Early Bird’ reservations on selected plots.  Plots include the 5 bedroom Kettlewell and the 4 bedroom stylish detached homes – The Rawdon, The Acacia, The Sandringham and The Hambleton house types.

Each of these plots now available at Regency Place has been designed to complement modern family life with open plan kitchens and spacious dining and family areas. Prices start from £490,000 and for potential buyers, once a new home has been selected, a fee of £500 will secure first refusal before the property is released for general sale later in the year.

Once a chosen property is released for sale, customers can decide whether they want to proceed or not and will have 48 hours to make their decision. If a customer decides to proceed to a full reservation, the full reservation fee will then be applied. If a customer decides not to proceed, the full amount of the Early Bird Reservation Fee will be refunded.
